Had a great experience with Orting Towing. My car broke down in Tukwila. He came out to get us (since we live in Orting) and communicated the whole time we were waiting for him. We waited for less than 2 hours for him (which honestly is a blessing because I’ve waited much longer than that!) And he was extremely professional and very kind. We ended having to change our ending destination and he did it without complaints and was extremely quick and efficient to get my car off loaded. I’m hoping not to need to get a car towed anytime soon but if I do, I’ll make sure to ask for Orting Towing again.

Last week my motorcycle broke down 40 miles from home. I’m a Member of the Motorcycle Owners of America (MOA) and have roadside assistance purchased through them. One call and they located a local towing company who could help. I was given the name of the driver, the company phone number and an ETA. Within minutes I received a text confirmation that the truck was in route. When the driver was about 5 minutes out from my location, he called me to confirm accessibility and to let me know that he was close. The driver had all of the proper equipment, protection, and straps for securing a motorcycle and was able to load and secure it quickly. He then drove me and the bike to my preferred shop 30 miles away (closer to home) and we unloaded the bike, shook hands and he was on his way. I would use and recommend Orting Towing again, without hesitation!

Van transmission went out. AAA dispatched Orting Towing. Within a couple minutes, received a text on ETA. Driver texted, and called to keep me informed. Fast loading and unloading. His experienced was obvious. Very friendly. I would recommend Orting Towing to anyone!!
